Pan Dorobo Trailer Previews Kyary Pamyu Pamyu Theme

The Pan Dorobo television anime has unveiled its second main trailer and a new key visual ahead of an October 2 premiere in Japan. The preview introduces Pang Pang Pang, the ending theme performed by Kyary Pamyu Pamyu and produced by Yasutaka Nakata. Kyary described the picture books as a family favourite and said the playful repetition made the song fun to sing and dance along with. Two additional cast members were announced: Atsumi Tanezaki voices the Mysterious French Bread, while Kana Hanazawa serves as narrator. Keiko Shibata’s original children’s series has seven books and more than six million copies in circulation. Takahiko Kyogoku directs the adaptation at Shin-Ei Animation. The story follows a lovable master thief whose endless pursuit of delicious bread repeatedly leads to comic misadventures.
