DECAPOLICE Delayed to 2027
Anime & AI News
LEVEL-5 has delayed its crime suspense RPG DECAPOLICE again, moving the game’s release window from 2026 into 2027. The announcement came during the LEVEL-5 VISION 2026 II Dream presentation, which also featured a new trailer. CEO Akihiro Hino said the team is working with escape game creator SCRAP on case concepts and wants to deliver a distinctive gameplay experience despite the extended development period. DECAPOLICE was originally planned for 2023 before moving first to 2024 and later to 2026. Players will still get an opportunity to try the game soon, as a playable build is scheduled for Tokyo Game Show 2026. A television anime project connected to the property also remains in development.
