Giant Ojo-sama Introduces Oriko Fujido

Giant Ojo-sama has released the first of five planned character trailers, introducing Oriko Fujido, the relentlessly positive heiress voiced by Yu Serizawa. New character videos will arrive every other Friday ahead of the anime’s January 2027 debut. Hiroshi Ikehata directs the series at Tatsunoko Production, with Katsuya Oshima as assistant director. Yu Sato handles the scripts and series composition, while Hajime Mitsuda serves as character designer and chief animation director. The adaptation is based on Nikumura Q’s manga, which began as a web comic before moving to Sunday Webry in 2021. Its absurd comedy follows a wealthy young heiress given an entire city to develop, who later grows to skyscraper size to defend it from invaders, often causing new problems in the process.
