Heaven Burns Red Begins Its Final Main Story Chapter

Heaven Burns Red has entered the final chapter of its main story as part of the game’s four-and-a-half-year anniversary campaign. Producer Yohei Kakinuma explained that Jun Maeda completed and delivered the full six-chapter plot in March 2019. The development team is still deciding how long the concluding chapter will run and how its content will be released. Kakinuma stressed that only the central storyline is ending, while the game itself will continue with additional material. The anniversary update also introduces unit 19A with new characters and voice actors. Heaven Burns Red launched in Japan in February 2022 for mobile devices and later on Steam, followed by an English release from Yostar Games in November 2024. Its story follows gifted girls using Seraph weapons against the invading Phage.
