Jirai Girl Chihara-san Launches Alien Alien Music Project

Are You a Jirai Girl, Chihara-san? has launched a character music project ahead of the anime’s January 2027 premiere. Protagonist Mai Chihara, voiced by Sayumi Suzushiro, performs the first digital single, Alien Alien, a cover of Nayutan Seijin’s 2016 Vocaloid song. The track arrived on July 25 alongside its animated music video, while Mai’s friend Chinatsu Iwakura, voiced by Maaya Uchida, acts as the project’s general producer. A separate teaser video also introduces the music initiative. Yasuaki Fujii directs the television anime at SynergySP, with Keiichiro Ochi overseeing series composition, Majiro designing the characters, and Alisa Okehazama composing the score. The romantic comedy follows a plain high-school boy seated beside the striking and unpredictable Mai Chihara.
