Student Council Has Its Holes Casts Hiyori Kono as Tan Otori

Even the Student Council Has Its Holes! has cast Hiyori Kono as public relations representative Tan Otori. The announcement arrived with the anime’s fourth character trailer and a new character visual ahead of its October 2026 premiere. Naoyuki Tatsuwa directs the slice-of-life comedy at studio Passione, with Masahiro Yokotani handling series composition and Ryo Imamura designing the characters. Tatsuwa and Imamura previously worked on the manga’s animated promotional video, which attracted wide attention in 2024. Based on Muchimaro’s comedy manga, the story follows Mizunoe Ume after he joins an eccentric student council to avoid repeating a school year. What looks like an easy solution quickly becomes a chaotic routine involving strange, endearing, and frequently troublesome fellow members.
