The Remarried Empress Live-Action Series Sets November Debut

Disney+ announced that its live-action fantasy romance The Remarried Empress will premiere on November 4, accompanied by a teaser trailer and character posters. Disney+ and Hulu will debut the first four episodes together, then release two episodes each Wednesday through the ten-episode finale on November 25. The story follows Navier, Empress of the Eastern Empire, after discovering that Emperor Sovieshu intends to replace her with his mistress Rashta. Navier chooses divorce and resolves to become an empress in another land. Min-A Shin, Ji-Hoon Ju, Se Young Lee and Jong Suk Lee play the four central figures. Suwon Cho directs from scripts by Geena Yeoh and Choong-Yeol Hyun. The original webtoon has accumulated more than 2.9 billion views worldwide.
