Wonderful Reaches $5 Billion Valuation After $550 Million Round

Wonderful has raised $550 million in Series C funding at a $5 billion valuation, led by Insight Partners with participation from Salesforce and existing investors. Since its March 2026 Series B, the company has expanded to more than 35 markets, grown to 650 employees, and developed its platform into a full enterprise AI operating system. Wonderful’s AI OS coordinates agents, workflows, applications, enterprise context, integrations, governance, and execution across organizations while remaining open, model-agnostic, and compatible with existing technology stacks. The new funding will accelerate product development, expand global deployment teams, and support growing enterprise demand. Wonderful aims to help companies scale AI from isolated use cases to organization-wide adoption through modular products, flexible deployment, shared governance, and forward-deployed engineering support for large enterprises.
