AfterQuery Reportedly Hits $3.2 Billion Valuation

Anime & AI News

AI model-training startup AfterQuery has reportedly reached a $3.2 billion valuation just five months after announcing a $30 million Series A valued at $300 million. The jump would make Y Combinator’s fastest-ever company to reach unicorn status, according to a TechCrunch report. AfterQuery operates in the increasingly valuable market for data and services used to train and improve artificial intelligence models. The extraordinary valuation increase reflects intense investor demand for companies positioned inside the AI development supply chain, where model builders need specialized evaluation, training and data infrastructure. It also highlights how quickly private-market expectations can change around young AI companies. The reported deal represents more than a tenfold increase from the valuation disclosed with its April financing round.
