The Apothecary Diaries: The Late Lady’s Treasure has presented a new trailer, character chart, and visual for its December 11 Japanese theatrical release. Kenshi Yonezu performs the featured theme, “Haru ga Tomori.” Creator Natsu Hyuuga has also written a novelisation scheduled for December 9, incorporating material not included in the feature itself. A separate epilogue story about Maomao and Jinshi will be distributed in a limited run of booklets at participating theatres. The film sends the pair to the homeland of a deceased imperial concubine, where they encounter pirates, concealed treasure, and a mystery surrounding her remains.
