P.A.Works’ Dusk Beyond the End of the World to Premiere this Fall

P.A.Works’ original anime Dusk Beyond the End of the World will premiere with “Episode 0” on September 25th (JST), followed by a Fall 2025 HIDIVE simulcast. A new trailer and visual were introduced, featuring the character Amoru, voiced by Miyu Tomita, with Uru performing the opening theme, “Platform.” The story explores a world in transition, shaped by issues of gender, race, compliance, and the advancement of AI. It focuses on love in all forms, including between humans and robots, portraying it as beautiful, brutal, or comedic. The series asks whether love can endure when robots outlive humans. Directed and composed by Naokatsu Tsuda, with designs by Midori Tayama and Yoshiko Saito, the cast includes Shuichiro Umeda, Yui Ishikawa, Ai Kayano, and Miyu Tomita.
