Spangle AI Startup Triples Valuation to $100M After New Funding

Spangle, an AI-ecommerce startup founded by former Bolt CEO Maju Kuruvilla, has raised $15 million in a new funding round, valuing the company at $100 million following the investment. The Series A round attracted participation from NewRoad Capital Partners, Madrona Ventures, DNX Ventures, and Streamlined Ventures, bringing total funding to $21 million. Spangle helps retailers personalize online shopping experiences by dynamically generating real-time, AI-generated, tailored product pages based on customer behavior. Since emerging from stealth, the company has signed nine enterprise customers and seen strong growth in usage metrics. With the fresh capital, Spangle plans to invest in research and development, expand its engineering team, and build out its sales organization to further scale its AI-powered commerce platform.
