SynergySP Reveal Teaser For Magical Girl Raising Project Restart Anime

The Magical Girl Raising Project Restart anime, adapting Asari Endō’s light novel arc, is set to premiere in 2026 with studio SynergySP handling production (Lerche produced the first series). A new teaser revealed the opening theme, “No tears here,” performed by Minori Chihara, which was first showcased live at Animelo Summer Live 2025. The returning staff includes director Hiroyuki Hashimoto, scriptwriter Takao Yoshioka, and sound director Satoki Iida, with Masako Itou designing characters from Maruino’s originals. Nao Tōyama reprises her role as Snow White, joined by an expanded cast featuring Yoshino Nanjō, Reina Kondo, Fairouz Ai, M.A.O., Mariya Ise, Maaya Uchida, and Aoi Yūki. Set in a brutal survival game where magical girls must compete to survive, the “Restart” storyline escalates the series’ dark, battle-driven premise.
