Google Introduces Veo 3.1 & Advanced Capabilities in Flow

Anime & AI News

Google DeepMind has unveiled Veo 3.1, a major upgrade to its AI video model, alongside new creative tools in Flow, the company’s filmmaking platform. Flow has generated over 275 million videos since launch, and now introduces expanded audio support and deeper editing control. Veo 3.1 enhances realism, narrative structure, and audiovisual quality, enabling creators to craft lifelike textures and synchronized sound. Users can now add or remove elements, extend clips beyond a minute, or bridge images into seamless transitions using “Ingredients to Video,” “Frames to Video,” and “Extend.” These features are experimental but accessible via Flow, the Gemini API, and Vertex AI, opening new frontiers for AI-powered storytelling and precision editing.
