Nvidia Powers Up Blackwell Demand As AI Infrastructure Ramps

Anime & AI News

Nvidia is seeing robust demand for its flagship “Blackwell” AI chip platform, CEO Jensen Huang said at an event in Hsinchu with manufacturing partner TSMC. He noted that the Blackwell system includes not only GPUs but CPUs, networking, and switches, and that Nvidia’s wafer requests from TSMC are rising. Huang also flagged that business growth is so rapid it could lead to shortages of memory and other components – but said memory suppliers SK Hynix, Samsung, and Micron are scaling up. On export restrictions, he confirmed there are currently no active discussions about selling Blackwell chips to China in line with US policy. The comments highlight how Nvidia is reinforcing its manufacturing partnerships and securing supply to meet the escalating demand for AI infrastructure.
