Stranger Than Heaven Video Shows Opening, Showbiz and Combat

Sega has presented a new ten-minute look at Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s Stranger Than Heaven during a Tokyo Game Show livestream. Formerly known as Project Century, the game opens with a cinematic credits sequence before showing its historical eras, locations, Showbiz lounge, combat, and other activities. Sega also confirmed that the theme song Stranger Than Heaven features Snoop Dogg, Satoshi Fujihara, Ado, and Tori Kelly, and is scheduled for release this year. The game itself will launch on January 15 for Xbox Series systems, PlayStation 5, and PC through Steam. The footage expands the picture of a crime drama moving across different periods, combining the studio’s close-range fighting, dense city environments, nightlife, and character-driven storytelling in a new setting separate from Like a Dragon.
