Whoever Steals This Book Anime Film Adds 5 More Cast Members

The upcoming anime film Whoever Steals This Book, adapted from Nowaki Fukamidori’s novel, has unveiled five additional voice cast members ahead of its December 26th release in Japan. The newly announced cast includes Shigeru Chiba as Junichirōrō Kaname, Ryōta Suzuki as Tanbi Che, Reina Ueda as Natsume Harada, Tomokazu Seki as Osamu Kikuchida, and Rie Takahashi as Shiori Haruta. These additions join the previously announced ensemble, including Rin Kataoka, Sora Tamaki, and others. The film centres on high schooler Mifuyu Mikura, who, after books are stolen from her family library, finds herself drawn into a mysterious world where literature and reality merge. With production by Kagome Company and staff including Daisei Fukuoka (director) and Michiru Ōshima (music), the announcement builds momentum for this literary-mystery-fantasy film.
